New Delhi: Indian cricketer Virat Kohli, whose name is considered amongst the pantheon of legendary batsmen, not just in India but worldwide, has turned 30 on Monday.
On his 30th birthday, wishes poured him from all quarters for the Indian cricket team captain.
Many Indian cricketers including Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Team India coach Ravi Shastri wished the captain.
“Wish you a very happy birthday. I know you are a big PUBG (PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds) fan and I just found this old picture of yours. So, why don’t you come and teach Manish Pandey how to play a first-person shooting game,”Dhoni said.
“On behalf of the entire support team, a very happy birthday. Happy 25th! That’s what we believe you are. Have an absolute blast and we will have one on your name for sure,” wished Shastri.
He recently became the first Indian batsman to smash three successive hundred in one day internationals when he hit 107 against West Indies in the recently concluded series.
During the series, he also broke Sachin Tendulkar’s record of becoming the fastest to complete 10,000 runs in the format. The India skipper blazed his way to 10,000 runs from only 205 innings.
Kohli became the 13th overall and fifth Indian after Sachin Tendulkar (18426), Sourav Ganguly (11221) and Rahul Dravid (10768) to join the elite club.
