Mahabubnagar (Telangana): A 32-year-old serial killer, who was allegedly involved in 12 murder cases, was nabbed by Mahabubnagar police in Telangana last night.
The accused has been identified as Md Yousuf alias Pasha, a resident of Chowdapur village in Telangana’s Vikarabad district. He was arrested from his residence last night.
The police have also seized four motorcycles, three mobile phones, and cash around Rs 2,500 from his possession. He was arrested after a 16-year-long murder spree and committed the first crime when he was at an age of 16 years.
The police officials said Yousuf was a small-time seller of tamarind but did not make much money. He has two wives and would spend money on sex workers and his paramours. Three of his victims were husbands of women he had relations with.
In 2017, he was arrested by Vikarabad district police in connection with a murder case but was let out on bail.
