Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs show bids goodbye to Satyajit Jena halfway
Bhubaneswar: It came as a moment of sorrow as Odisha’s singing sensation Satyajit Jena quit the Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs show halfway saying that his voice is undergoing a transformation phase.
Satyajit had own hearts of people for his tremendous performance in the show. His decision has left everyone in the show, including the judges and juries, shocked.
As anchor Aditya Narayan was about to declare the contestant to be eliminated this week, Satyajit’s father stood up and announced about the decision of quitting the show.
“Satyajit’s performance is not upto the mark now. He is feeling pain in his throat after singing for a long time. He will have a break for 2-3 years. He will practice for low nodes and return to participate in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs competition for seniors,” his father said.
Judge Himesh Reshammiya and Javed Ali respected his father’s decision saying, “It’s a matter of sorrow for us that we are losing a great singer. However, we respect your decision as Jena is going through a changing phase and putting stress on his voice won’t be good for his voice in future.”
