Priyanka Gandhi hospitalized after diagnosed with dengue
New Delhi: Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra who is suffering from dengue fever and was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi on Wednesday for treatment is “recovering well,” as per reports.
“Priyanka Vadra had fever initially, later she was confirmed as suffering from dengue,” said DS Rana, Chairman (Board of Management) of SRGH (SRGH).
So far, at least 325 cases of dengue have been reported in Delhi this year, which is twice as many as last year (162) within the same period of time.
In 2016, a total of 4,431 cases of dengue were reported, including 10 deaths.
