PM Modi to unveil slew of projects at Bolangir on Jan 15
Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be unveiling a slew of projects at Bolangir, during his one-day Odisha visit on January 15, officials informed this evening.
Addressing a presser here, Chief Public Relations Officer, East Coast Railway (ECoR), Jyoti Prakash Mishra, Regional Passport Officer, Sudhanshu Sekhar Mishra, Deputy Commissioner, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Dr. AVL Jagannath Rao and Dr. Rajiv Dwivedy from Archaeological Survey of India, briefed on these new projects.
According to reports, PM Modi will inaugurate Multi-modal Logistics Park at Jharsuguda, new railway line from Bolangir to Bichhupali, flag off of a new train on Bolangir-Bichhupali route, electrification of 813 Km of Jharsuguda to Vizianagaram and Sambalpur to Angul lines, doubling of 14.273 Km of Barpali to Dungaripali & 17.354 Kms Bolangir to Deogaon Road lines and Bridge No. 588 between Theruvali to Singapur Road station.
The Prime Minister will also inaugurate the renovation and restoration works at Nilamdhaba and Siddheswar Temple in Gandhaharadi (Boudh), Ranipur-Jharial group of monuments in Bolangir & Paschim-Somnath group of temples in Boudh and renovation and restoration work at Asurgarh Fort in Kalahandi.
Besides, PM Modi will also inaugurate new Passport Seva Kendras in Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Puri, Phulbani, Bargarh, and Bolangir. This apart, the Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of permanent building at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sonepur.
