PM criticizes Congress for asking proof of surgical strike
New Delhi: The Congress party is busy in petty politicking at a time when the country is commemorating the 10th anniversary of Mumbai terror attack, Prime Minister Modi alleged.
Addressing a rally in Bhilwara in Rajasthan, Modi censured the Congress for hypocrisy as the party was allegedly busy in campaigning in Rajasthan that year when the nation was mourning.
Modi blamed the Congress for its hypocrisy as the grand old party was allegedly busy in campaigning for the Rajasthan state elections that year when the country was mourning the incident
Modi said the Congress is demanding proof of surgical strike by the Army, instead of being proud of their action.
He assured the country that those responsible behind the attack will be brought to book.
None of the suspects in Pakistan have been punished yet as Pakistan is not keen to nab them, Modi said. The mastermind and banned terror outfit Jamat-ud-Dawa chief Hafiz Saeed is freely roaming in Pakistan, but Islamabad is not showing any interest to punish him. The US has, meanwhile, offered a reward of $10 million for information in Mumbai terror attack.
