Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday invited investors of 25 countries to attend the Make in Odisha Conclave scheduled to be organized at Bhubaneswar next month.
Attending a special meet in the presence of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, CM Patnaik discussed and sought cooperation from ambassadors of 25 countries to invite investors to attend this ambitious project.
The Make in Odisha scheduled to be held at Janata Maidan here from November 30 to December 2 is a flagship project by Odisha Government in collaboration with Department of Industrial policy & Promotion (DIPP) under the module of Make in India project endorsed by the Union Government.
The conclave will showcase the State’s conducive environment meant to attract investment opportunities from across the globe besides focusing on bolstering business prowess, manufacturing capabilities and other sectors of state indigenously.
Sources said, the Conclave will be attended by policy makers, industry associations, entrepreneurs, academicians, chamber of commerce. Live product and technology demonstration by Indian and International Companies along with success stories of investors in the state will be the main attraction of the event.
