Hyderabad: Indian cricket’s new jersey for the men’s and women’s team was unveiled on Friday at the Rajiv Gandhi cricket stadium in Hyderabad.
The Indian team along with the official apparel partner Nike launched the new jersey at the ceremony.
Indian men’s team will be seen donning the jersey during the forthcoming ICC World Cup 2019. The announcement was made on the eve of the kick off to the five-match ODI series between India and Australia.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli, teammate MS Dhoni and women’s team player Harmanpreet Kaur, Ajinkya Rahane, Prithvi Shaw, Jemimah Rodrigues, and KL Rahul and many more were present at the unveiling ceremony.
The jersey has the dates of India’s 1983 World Cup win, the T20 World Cup win in 2007 and the 2011 World Cup win below the back collar. The colour of the collar area has been changed from orange to blue.
