New Delhi: Debriefing of Indian Air Force pilot Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman was completed on Thursday by the forces and other agencies.
According to media reports the fighter pilot will now go on sick leave for a few weeks to make him relax and come out of the harrowing experience he had undergone in Pakistan during captive.
Media reports said doctors at the Army Hospital Research And Referral have advised him to go on leave.
Abhinandan was beaten mercilessly by locals in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir on February 27 after he ejected out of the MiG aircraft and landed there.
Sources said the medical review board will examine his report and fitness and decide when he can resume his services as a fighter pilot.
