H&UD Cultural Association donates Rs 52,000 for Kerala flood victims


Bhubaneswar: The members of Housing and Urban Development Department Cultural Association, State Secretariat, Government of Odisha have offered their deepest condolences to the victims of the unprecedented flood and its aftermath in Kerala and have offered Rs 52,000 as a token of gesture for the rehabilitation and relief measures.

The association has offered its help through the Chief Minister Distress Relief Fund, Government Secretariat, Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, with a bank draft, dated September 1.

Sources at Housing and Urban Development Department said that the members of the Cultural Association are standing firmly with the worst affected people of the God’s Own Country at the time of sorrow and suffering and pray before the Almighty to give enough strength to the people of Kerala to face the situation with strength and determination to rebuild their beautiful land.
