Bhubaneswar: The Energy Department has restored electricity to Mundali Water Supply System which provides water to most of the areas in Bhubaneswar city.
As the power supply to the pumping station was affected by uprooting of thousands of trees by FANI, measures were underway to restore water supply through the pipeline. However, the engineers and workers have restored the 33KV feeder line to Mundali Water Supply System.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik also took to Twitter and appreciated the restoration work.
