Amit Shah likely to visit Odisha on Jan 29
Bhubaneswar: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President Amit Shah is likely to visit Odisha on January 29, informed BJP State general secretary Prithviraj Harichandan today.
In a statement to the media, Harichandan said that earlier Shah’s visit was scheduled on Jan 18 but it had to be put on hold as he suffered from swine flu and admitted to the New Delhi AIIMS.
“Shah will address a public rally at Kulia on January 29 in Salepur of Cuttack district. Even though it is a tentative date, the place of the public rally will remain the same,” Harichandan added.
During his Salepur visit, Shah will review the targets set for Odisha leaders and impart some key mantras to further strengthen the party for the upcoming polls, party sources informed.
