Lucknow: The Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav on Friday said that the alliance with BSP and RLD is final and seat-sharing has no problem.
The SP chief made it clear that there would be no issues as regards seat-sharing in the coming Lok Sabha polls. He, however, ruled out any understanding with the Congress.
Talking to media Yadav exuded confidence that they have emerged as a strong force in the state. This will change the tone and tenor of the BJP whose leaders have started using foul language against the alliance, he added.
He said Uttar Pradesh has always been a catalyst for change. This time, the people of the state will change the prime minister. The SP chief has, however, ducked the question as to whom he would like to see as the next prime minister of the country.
The SP will only “concentrate” in Uttar Pradesh, he said but ruled out any understanding with the Congress in the state in the general elections.
